Very sleek

Finally, a pong remake that actually delivers some enjoyment. After playing countless pong ripoffs, this nice version of it was quite a refreshment. Nice work.

Not bad

yeah, pretty good I guess. I am an AS beginner, so tutorials like these are awesome. Couple suggestions for another tutorial. When you visually teaching stuff, instead of drawing the whole flash interface (cause that did look a bit sloppy), just take screenshots and work from there. There was that one page full of actionscript that you simply copy and paste. Next time try and explain what that stuff does. The rest was explained good, but I need to know what everything does in order to move ahead. Copy and Pasting limits creativity if you don't know what the code is actually doing. Maybe clean up the way the tutorial flows, make it look a bit more professional. I think you mentioned that you will explain how to make games like Alien Hominid, which would be pretty kick ass. In your next tutorial be sure to include things like A.I. Generator, How to pick up weapons, level design, level progression, stuff like that. On a final note, good job and I will look foreward to the next tutorial.

yea... but drawing is better because pictures make the filesize too big, draw everything and itll be small this is really a tutorial for n00bs so i didnt really explain it... they wont listen

Dude, that kicked ass. Its way better than a lot of NG shooters. Original storyline, smooth animation, and it's fun. Rock on. And oh, by the way, it's a small world after all. I'm from Calgary too =D

Yeah congrats, you can generate the most basic shapes in swift 3d and give the most basic motions to them. WAY TO GO!

not that bad. The graphics were good, the scripting was good, but the fact of the matter is that DBZ is old, use your scripting techniques to make a diffrernt game on a more orginal storyline

For the next one, perhaps you can futher this "basic" game and teach how to make active enemies, A timer, Enemy AI, etc. Thanx man!
